Returns & Exchanges

At Papinelle, we want you to love your sleepwear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your sleepwear back into its original packaging, ensuring all garment tags and hygiene stickers remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
